This project involved the design and full delivery of a single storey rear extension to an existing residential property in Yorkshire. The client's brief was to create an open plan kitchen and dining space with improved connection to the garden, maximising natural light through careful roof and window placement.
I was responsible for the complete project from initial client consultation through to planning approval and construction completion, including measured survey, design development, planning drawings and building regulations submission.

- Full measured survey of existing property
- Design development in close consultation with the client
- Planning submission package including floor plans, elevations and design and access statement
- Building regulations drawings and structural coordination
- Site visits and contractor liaison through to completion
